How to process a bowl feeder order?

Please inform us the information of feeding material, capacity and speed, and the direction of feeding, we will provide our recommend for bowl feeder size and other specification. After confirm specification, we will provide a designed drawing with all confirmed specification listed clearly.

What are the reasons why the vibrating bowl does not work?

The possible reasons are as follows:
(1) Insufficient power supply voltage.
(2) The connection between the vibrating plate and the controller is broken.
(3) The controller fuse is burned out.
(4) The coil is burnt out.
(5) The gap between the coil and the frame is too small or too large.
(6) There are parts stuck between the coil and the frame.

Why is the speed of the vibrating bowl too slow and the feeding irregular?

The possible reasons are as follows:
(1) The spring is broken.
(2) The bottom plate is too thin.
(3) The installation table is defective.
