How long is the lead time for samples?
Mostly ship the same day or next day. Shipping way: by DHL/Fedex/UPS, taking about 3-4 days on the way.
Could I get some samples?

What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc.
Do you have your own factory?
Yes, we are a direct factory with LFGB certificate. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
Could I use my own logo or design on goods?
Yes, silk screen and customized package is available.
What is the payment term?
30% T/T, 70% balance before shipment, L/C at sight, Paypal, West Union etc.
